<p>Breakwater Yacht Club Inc. provides sailing education and racing experiences
to residents of Eastern Long Island. It sponsors weekly races and instruction
for children and adults. </p>
<p>BYC has now completed the building of it’s COMMUNITY SAILING CENTER and
is ready to serve the growing needs of the area by providing stimulation and
companionable sailing activities as well as instruction for adults and juniors.</p>
<p>BYC is a non-profit, non elitist organization which is reasonably priced and
open to everyone with an all inclusive approach to membership.</p>
<p>BYC’s Wednesday night races often have 30 or more local boats on the starting
line between May 1st thru October 1st providing exciting and varied courses
for the novice or expert sailor.<br>
