Yacht ClubAdult Sailing - Group and Private Lessons
July and August 2012
The BYC will be again offering group sailing lessons to interested adults.
The series will be four consecutive Saturdays starting July 7 from 900
– 1130 am. Students will be learning on JY15s and/or a 22' Catalina.
The cost is $400. Classes will also be offered in August, tentatively also
scheduled on Saturdays. Although club membership is encouraged, it is not
a prerequisite nor is previous sailing experience.
In addition, the Breakwater is offering private lessons for 1 – 3 adults on the
Catalina, and on the JY 15s. Special arrangements may be made for private Laser lessons.
Ed Osias is the Head Adult Instructor and initiated this new club service last summer to
rave reviews. Below are the rates:

make a reservation with a minimum charge of $50 for a non-weather related
cancelation of a private lesson within 24 hours.
